Internal Control Specialist

Job Description

 1. Control of operations related processes

  • Ensure that Units/Centers/Projects comply with the procedures and regulations related to the company's operations.
  • Coordinate, monitor and support departments to properly and effectively implement issued procedures;
  • Analyze risks and recommend risk prevention solutions and monitor prevention and remediation until completion.

2. Controlling Financial-Accounting Related Processes

  • Coordinate with departments to develop procedures and regulations in implementing, checking and monitoring internal operations of the Finance Department and Accounting Department.
  • Monitor and control compliance of the Finance-Accounting department in operations, prepare recommendation reports and monitor corrective actions until completion.

3. Implement BP's compliance control plan. KSNB has built

  • Provide current status of non-compliance with procedures;
  • Coordinate with the controlled department to develop an Action Plan to overcome shortcomings.
  • Prepare post-remediation reports and track remediation until completion.

4. Support/implement activities to control processes related to administration - internal affairs, Business, Human Resources...

5. Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Internal Audit Department.

6. Other tasks as required by superiors.

Request

  • Qualification: University graduate majoring in accounting-finance, business administration...
  • Male/Female, age 23 – 35
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 preferred
  • ISO 9000 or 27000 certification preferred
  • ISO 27001:2013 certification preferred
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in similar jobs
  • Basic English (reading, writing TA emails, translating TA documents at a basic level)
  • Analytical and control skills, thinking and writing procedures
  • Adaptable and able to communicate and behave well

Location and Working Time

  • Working location: K Floor, CT2 Yen Hoa Parkview Building No. 3 Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi
  • Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday; 8:00 – 16:00 on Saturday (week 1 and week 3 of the month)
