Since April 2023, The company officially became a 100% company with Japanese investment capital, with leading investors in the Contact Center and BPO fields in the world.
Bellsystem24 Japan is the Japanese market leader in the field of contact center, CRM and BPO, is a shareholder holding 80% of the Company's shares in Vietnam, TOPPAN INC. is a shareholder holding the remaining 20% of shares.
