Singapore Bank Card Consultant

Job Description

  • Make calls to potential customers to conduct consultation, screen profiles and share benefits of credit cards and loans from the Bank
  • Exchange information, handle rejections, close sales and transfer customer information to the direct sales department (direct sales/collector) to complete documents and sign contracts with customers.
  • Monitor and provide information to customers during the process of completing and evaluating service records.
  • Contact old customers to grasp satisfaction level, exploit referral information, increase potential relationships.

Request

  • Male or female between 19 and 35 years old. No appearance requirements
  • Education level from 'intermediate' or higher, or high school but priority is given to candidates with experience in sales, telesales or telemarketing, especially in the fields of finance, credit, banking, real estate
  • Clear voice. No accent or strong regional accent
  • Good attitude. Positive thinking. Not afraid of pressure and initial difficulties when getting used to the job.

  • Attractive income: Basic salary from 4.8 million to 12 million + Commission (Total income from 8-30 million/month)

Work location

  • Office Bellsystem24 Vietnam in HCM: 8A Huynh Lan Khanh, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC

Working time

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch break).
  • Saturday: 08:00 to 16:00 (Only work 2 Saturdays/month).
  • No work on holidays.
