Job Description

  • Receive customer calls to answer questions about VIETTEL mobile services, for example: procedures for main SIM card, unlock/lock SIM card, consulting on prepaid/postpaid conversion, etc.
  • Provide promotional programs to customers
  • NO SALE/TELESALE
  • No call out

Request

  • Male, Female from 18-35 years old. High school graduate or higher
  • Have a clear, easy-to-hear voice, no lisp, no regional accent
  • Basic use of office software
  • Hardworking and responsible for work

Working time

  • Flexible shift rotation, 1 day off/week
  • Shift 1: 06:30 - 14:30Shift 2: 14:30 - 22:30
