Vietjet Air Customer Service Staff

Job Description

  • Receive customer information (individual customers or airline ticket agents) via phone calls to make ticket booking requests, transfer flights and update additional services.
  • Update ticket registration information or transfer customer service in relevant data systems.
  • Resolve questions, provide information related to Vietjet Air's service policies, respond to complaints (if any) and forward requests to higher-level processing departments (if necessary).

Request

  • Prerequisites: Good attitude. Open-minded: ready to listen and absorb new values for innovation and development.
  • Male or female between 20 and 35 years old. No appearance requirements.
  • Careful and meticulous in performing work.
  • No experience required. Education level from 'intermediate' or above, or 'high school' but only considered in case of candidates waiting for a degree, or still continuing/preparing to study.

  • Starting salary: 6,000,000 to 7,000,000 VND/month. Continue to increase salary after each working period by year and during the year.

  • Building Bell24 Vietnam HCM: 8A Huynh Lan Khanh, Ward 2, Tan Binh District.

Working time

Work flexible shifts according to the hours below.

  • Shift 1: from 06:00 to 14:00;
  • Shift 2: from 07:00 to 15:00;
  • Shift 3: from 08:00 to 16:00;
  • Shift 4: from 09:00 to 17:00;
  • Shift 5: from 10:00 to 18:00;
  • Shift 6: from 12:00 to 20:00;
  • Shift 7: from 14:00 to 22:00;
  • Shift 8: from 22:00 to 06:00 (allowance 100,000 VND/shift).

Each shift consists of 7 hours of work and 1 hour of break. The arrangement, flexibility and shift work can be shared specifically during the face-to-face interview, as well as the onboarding session. Employees are unlikely to be on 8th shift.
