VOBF is an annual program organized by the Vietnam E-commerce Association with the aim of providing market information, proposing new solutions and technologies to help businesses solve the problems they are facing. With the theme "Accelerating after the pandemic", VOBF 2020 promises to bring interested people in-depth perspectives on the market as well as trends in solutions and technologies for the upcoming period.
1. Impact of COVID 19 on businesses
According to a report by Nielsen Vietnam, 471,300 Vietnamese people have changed their eating habits while 601,300 of them have changed their entertainment/leisure activities. 701,300 Vietnamese people have reconsidered their travel plans and 441,300 of them feel their income has been affected.
With just a few numbers above, we can clearly see that customer behavior is changing dramatically compared to before and during the pandemic. 2. VOBF 2020 Program – Accelerating after the pandemic
The Vietnam E-commerce Panorama 2020 program was held right after the economy was making changes after the pandemic.
