Customer Service Staff of E-commerce Platform

Job Description

  • Receive emails and in-app chats related to user concerns regarding service policy issues: promotions, incidents... and respond based on the instructed content.
  • Refer complaints or difficult cases to specialized departments or higher authorities.

Request

  • Education level: High school graduate or higher
  • Good typing and office computer skills
  • Really love customer service
  • Good teamwork
  • Personality: trustworthy, careful, proactive, good logical thinking
  • Willing to learn new things and quickly adapt to new environments
  • Highly responsible in customer service.
  • Have good technical knowledge of the product
  • Can work on weekends

  • Basic salary: 5.5 million + KPI max 1.5 million
  • 2-month probation (85%)

Work location

  • Office Bellsystem24 Vietnam in HCM: 18A Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC

Working time

  • Working from 9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Sunday. Off any 1 day/week. (Working on holidays available)
  • From 2024, shifts will rotate from 6:00 to 01:00 the next morning.
  • Shifts may vary depending on workload.
