Japanese customer service staff

Job Description

  • Respond to emails/chats from Japanese customers living in Japan about tobacco products.
  • Working environment is entirely in Japanese, mainly contact with Japanese people.

Request

  • Personnel with Japanese certificate N3 or higher, experience working for Japanese companies is an advantage.
  • Can be done on Vietnamese holidays (because this is a Japanese project).
  • Withstand pressure well.
  • Communicate fluently and quickly.
  • Email writing skills, understanding Japanese email style.
  • Computer literate
  • Hardworking, diligent, careful in work.
  • Commit for at least 6 months.

  • Basic salary: 8 million + 2 million (max) KPI.

Working time

  • From 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch break. 1.5 days off per week randomly according to work schedule
