Job Description
- Participate in developing and managing network systems, servers, firewalls... operating, researching, developing, applying security technology, information security to the company's systems.
 - Build technical solutions, network infrastructure, call center technology infrastructure to serve the implementation of projects providing the Company's Call center services to customers.
 - Administer and monitor system operations: Server, router, switch, firewall, IDS, IPS,…
 - Manage and exploit performance monitoring and incident alerting tools
 - Operate and monitor compliance of security policy system
 - Operate and ensure the operation of LAN, WAN, wifi networks
 - Perform backup of router, switch, firewall configurations
 - Report and resolve issues arising within the scope of assigned work
 - Configure network connectivity policies and security information as required by relevant departments
 - Manage the allocation and usage of network resources, IP addresses, VLANs… to optimize operations
 - Deploy, upgrade, expand, replace network devices, routers, switches, firewalls
 - Report and perform other tasks as required by superiors & Board of Directors
 
Request
- Degree: University or higher. Major: IT, software technology, Telecommunications/Mathematics - Information Technology.
 - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
 - Have network certifications like CCNA/CCNP
 - Security certifications like CEH, CCSP (study or in progress)
 - Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VoIP, Virtualization, VDI-Thin Client systems
 - Have experience and knowledge of network security.
 - Ability to troubleshoot problems clearly and concisely.
 - Ability to design, draw physical diagrams, network logic well.
 - Ability to configure, monitor, and operate different types of Network devices such as: Firewall, Router, L2/L3 Switch, Wifi Controller, Voice Gateway... (priority given to experience with Cisco/Fortigate/Unified devices)
 - Have the spirit of learning and long-term commitment.

Work location
- Working location: 3rd Floor, Trung Yen 1 Building, No. 1A Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi
 
Working time
- Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday (Only work on Saturday, week 1 and week 3 of a month)
