Building on the technological strengths, personnel, and operational quality of all three companies, the new BELLSYSTEM24 VIETNAM brand is expected to become a global company specializing in Contact Center and BPO solutions.

Bellsystem24 is Japan's leading company in Contact Center and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services, with over 40 years of experience in the Japanese market. Currently, Bellsystem24, with over 30,000 employees, handles more than 500 million interactions annually with customers of thousands of partners both within and outside the Japanese market. Revenue as of February 2022 reached 146,479 million yen. In 2017, Bellsystem24 acquired 49% shares of Bellsystem-Vietnam. Recently, the company increased its stake in the company to 80%. The remaining 20% is owned by TOPPAN INC.
Accordingly, Bellsystem24, Bellsystem24 Holdings, and Toppan Printing are the three entities that hold all shares of Bellsystem24-Vietnam.
Bellsystem24 stated that with the new merger, the company expects not only to help reform and improve the quality of domestic Contact Center systems, but also to explore many new potential markets in Southeast Asia and Asia.

Vietnam is currently projected to be a country with high economic growth, maintaining positive GDP growth even during the Covid period. The Contact Center Outsourcing and BPO market is also projected to grow to 30 billion yen over the next five years.
