Job Description
- Receive requests directly from the Merchant group and assist Merchants in updating information about their stores, menu images, product prices, promotions, store opening and closing times, etc., on the Gojek app, Gofood section.
- Strictly comply with system standards, rules, and formats.
- Work directly with other departments (Sales Operations/Business Development, etc.) to resolve seller inquiries.
Request
- Careful, meticulous, able to handle pressure
- No experience required. Candidates with experience in customer service and data entry.
- Good computer skills, typing speed of 60-90 words per minute
- Work full-time, not affected by class schedules or other part-time jobs

- GOJEK HEADQUARTERS: 360A Ben Van Don Street, Ward 1, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time
- Work rotating shifts, off any one day per week
- Session 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Session 2: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Session 3: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Session 4: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Session 5: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Session 6: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Session 7: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Session 8: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Session 9: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Shift 10: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (only 3-4 shifts per month)
