Job Description

1. Working on computers at Contact Centers

2. The job content will fall under one of the following job categories:

  • Provide customer support via chat/email/Line channels, etc., and assist in addressing customer inquiries regarding electronic devices.
  • Receive and process data from partners: statistics, reports, data analysis, etc. 
  • Support tasks related to freight transportation (order information verification, product inspection, etc.)
  • Listen to the recorded file and evaluate the call quality.

3. Complete data management, reporting, and other tasks as required by superiors.

Request

  • No experience required
  • College graduate or higher (or Japanese vocational schools)
  • Have a JLPT N3 certificate or higher
  • Proficient in office computing
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Open-minded, eager to learn

Work location

  • 3rd Floor, CT2 Building, Yen Hoa Parkview Urban Area, 3 Vu Pham Ham Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

Working time

  • Business hours: 8 AM to 5 PM / 7 AM to 4 PM
  • Shift schedule: 7 AM–4 PM / 4 PM–11 PM / 10 AM–7 PM / 10 PM–7 AM
