First of all, we sincerely apologize for the incident related to the invalid access to the Company's server system that occurred on June 17 (Monday) which affected our Customers and Partners.
Currently, we are still coordinating with the incident response department of Bellsystem24 Group and external experts to continue handling. We have stopped the affected servers, isolated them from the areas receiving and processing data from our Customers and Partners.
In addition, we are also continuing to coordinate with experts and companies specializing in forensics (digital investigation) to investigate the extent of the damage. During the investigation, we have also confirmed that the information of a part of our Customers and Partners that we received when implementing the call center service is likely to be leaked. We have also notified our Customers and Partners about this issue.
We take this matter seriously and will continue to work with experts to investigate and promptly notify the Investigation Agencies. As soon as the information about the incident is clarified, we will promptly notify our Customers and Partners.
