VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL INNOVATION EXHIBITION 2021 (VIIE) organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment will take place on January 9-10 at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hanoi.

Overview of the exhibition
This is the first international exhibition on innovation, chaired by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in coordination with the Ministries of Science and Technology, Information and Communications, Industry and Trade, Education and Training, to connect experts, institutes - businesses, international corporations, investment funds, organizations... to make Vietnam an innovation destination in the region and the world.
The exhibition attracted many large-scale, prestigious domestic and foreign technology enterprises with more than 150 booths introducing, displaying and demonstrating innovative technology solutions, ideas and products.
At the event, Bellsystem24-Vietnam will display the ecosystem of Contact Center technology products in the trend of integrated multi-channel response (Omni-Channel) and next to it is Smart Kiosk technology that helps interact with customers automatically, optimizing Contactless.
This promises to be a place to exchange and share especially creative technology products, providing maximum support for businesses in the 4.0 era.
Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Duy Dong said: “2021 is a pivotal year to implement the innovation strategy, taking advantage of the 4th Industrial Revolution to make a breakthrough, change thinking and innovation culture. With the participation of dozens of investment funds and many large enterprises, the Exhibition will organize activities connecting startups, small and medium enterprises with investment funds and large enterprises; connecting foreign investment enterprises with Vietnamese enterprises; connecting and cooperating between subjects of the innovation ecosystem”.
