From March 3 to March 18, 2023, Bellsystem24-Vietnam welcomed March—the month of women—with a contest. "Ikebana – The Japanese Art of Flower Arrangement"Here is an opportunity for BellVietnam employees to "touch" one of the distinctive cultural and artistic values of the land of the rising sun. 
Center-level competition teams
Ikebana is one of the most distinctive flower arranging arts preserved and promoted by the Japanese. It is not just a common form of flower arranging, but has been elevated to an art form, symbolizing skill and meticulousness.
Like other art forms, Ikebana expresses creativity within certain rules of flower arrangement. Branches, leaves, grass, and fresh flowers are commonly used, and the beauty of the arrangement lies in the harmonious combination of colors and natural shapes, with the meaning the arranger wishes to convey skillfully hidden within.
After the Center-level competition, the 12 best entries from BellVietnam units across the system advanced to the Group-level Finals. These are all sophisticated products that embody the spirit of Ikebana. The 12 entries representing the participating units competed directly via video conference (units in Hanoi participated at the headquarters). In addition to displaying their products, representatives from each team also gave individual presentations on their entries.
Although it was their first time experiencing the art of Ikebana flower arrangement, BellVietnamers, with their dexterous hands and keen curiosity, impressed the judges time and again with their willingness to experiment and explore.

Accordingly, from the Center level to the Group level, the teams performed exceptionally well and enthusiastically. The program awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, and 6 Honorable Mentions. Specifically:
