Gojek Restaurant Partner Care Staff

Job Description

  •  Identify the needs of sellers and partner restaurants to clarify information, research all issues, and provide solutions for customers. 
  • Receive information from Layer 1 to support cases within the scope of processing.
  • Work directly with other departments (Merchant Operations/Business Development, etc.) to resolve sellers' issues. 
  • Maintain seller satisfaction ratings.

Request

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service 
  • Proficient in office computing 
  • Being fluent in a foreign language is an advantage. 
  • Communication skills: clear voice without regional accent, good comprehension.
  • Have good knowledge of the product/service. 
  • The ability to handle situations and be persuasive. 
  • Always eager to learn and improve skills

Work location

  • GOJEK HEADQUARTERS: 360A Ben Van Don Street, Ward 1, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time

Work rotating shifts, off 1 day per week: 

  • S1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • S2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
  • S3: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 
  • S4: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
