Job Description
- Identify the needs of sellers and partner restaurants to clarify information, research all issues, and provide solutions for customers.
- Receive information from Layer 1 to support cases within the scope of processing.
- Work directly with other departments (Merchant Operations/Business Development, etc.) to resolve sellers' issues.
- Maintain seller satisfaction ratings.
Request
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Proficient in office computing
- Being fluent in a foreign language is an advantage.
- Communication skills: clear voice without regional accent, good comprehension.
- Have good knowledge of the product/service.
- The ability to handle situations and be persuasive.
- Always eager to learn and improve skills

Working time
Work rotating shifts, off 1 day per week:
- S1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- S2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- S3: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- S4: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
