The Executive Committee (EC) of the Bellsystem24 Vietnam (BSV) Trade Union successfully held its 2024–2028 term congress. This was one of the activities aimed at evaluating the performance of the 2019-2023 term EC (formerly Bellsystem24 - Vietnam Joint Stock Company), as well as introducing the new EC team to implement and organize the execution of the resolutions of the 2024-2028 term Congress.
At the BSV headquarters on September 26, in accordance with Plan No. 26/KH-LĐLĐ dated April 26, 2022, issued by the Executive Committee of the Thanh Xuan District Labor Union regarding the organization of the grassroots union congress leading up to the 6th Thanh Xuan District Labor Union Congress for the 2024–2028 term, the BSV Trade Union Executive Committee successfully held the 2024-2028 term Congress with the participation of Ms. Giang Nguyen, Director of Training & Human Resource Development at BSV, Ms. Luu Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Chairwoman, and all members of the BSV Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2019-2023 term.
Following the success of the 2019–2023 term, the Congress nominated the previous Executive Committee to continue serving in the new term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee will continue to carry out its assigned tasks, specifically:
- Representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers within the scope and jurisdiction of the union;
- Expand exemplary models for caring for the material and spiritual interests of union members and workers, especially caring for union members and workers;
- Effectively organize the collection of union financial resources according to the plan. Manage finances strictly, spend economically, serve the activities of the union organization well, and strengthen inspection and supervision.
Along with that, the tasks of the Inspection Committee for the 2024-2028 term continue to be implemented:
- Monitor and supervise compliance with the Vietnam Trade Union Charter by trade union organizations;
- Monitor, supervise, and promptly recommend appropriate actions when organizations, officials, and union members at the same level or lower levels show signs of violating the Vietnam Trade Union Charter, resolutions, directives, and regulations of the trade union;
- Advise on and handle disciplinary actions against trade union organizations, officials, and members at the same level and lower levels when violations occur in accordance with regulations;
- Organize training and guidance on trade union inspection and supervision tasks for members of the trade union inspection committee at the same level and lower levels.

Representing the Executive Committee for the 2024-2028 term, Ms. Ngoc Quy, Member of the Executive Committee, shared: We sincerely thank the delegates of the Congress for their trust in electing us to the Executive Committee for the 2024–2028 term. We recognize this as a great honor and source of motivation to strive to fulfill the tasks assigned to us, especially as we must overcome many difficulties and challenges that lie ahead. We pledge before the Congress and before the Company that we will always promote solidarity and successfully implement and complete the duties and responsibilities of a member of the Executive Committee."
With a high sense of responsibility, each member attending the Congress participated in discussions, clarifying the achievements, limitations, and shortcomings, and identifying the causes during the past term. The Congress also reached a high level of consensus on the direction, tasks, objectives, and solutions for the 2024-2028 term. At the same time, with the trust of the Congress, a Party Committee was elected, including comrades to the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman to carry out new tasks.
After working diligently, earnestly, and responsibly for some time, the Congress reached a high level of consensus on the direction, tasks, objectives, and solutions for the 2024-2028 term. At the same time, with the trust of the delegates, the Congress elected a Party Committee consisting of comrades to the position of Vice Chairman to carry out new tasks.
In addition to the morning conference, a training session for the 2024-2028 Trade Union Executive Committee was held in the afternoon of the same day, chaired by Mr. Le Tu, Member of the Thanh Xuan District Federation Executive Committee.
Thus, the BSV Trade Union Congress was successfully held. We wish the Trade Union Executive Committee of the Company for the 2024–2028 term to be truly united, in harmony, and work together with one heart and mind, striving hard and continuing to build on the achievements made to develop the Company into an increasingly strong and prosperous enterprise!
